1 General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Nagabet platform (https://nagabet.bar) and all associated mobile applications, software, and services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Nagabet and each registered or unregistered user.

Nagabet is an internationally licensed online gaming platform operating under Curacao eGaming and in compliance with international gaming laws. Users based in Bangladesh are responsible for understanding their local laws and using the platform at their own discretion.

Nagabet reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

A personal account is required to play games on Nagabet. Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, email, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

You will need to provide the following at registration:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your national ID)
• Active email address
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Current residential address

Nagabet may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This may require submission of a national ID, passport, or driving license. Nagabet reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending successful verification.

3 Age Verification & Minor Protection

Nagabet strictly prohibits gaming by anyone under 18. Age declaration is mandatory at registration. Government-issued ID may be requested at any time to verify age in cases of suspected underage use.

If it is confirmed that a minor has accessed an account, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will not be refunded. We urge parents and guardians to ensure that children cannot access Nagabet through your account or device.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

Nagabet supports all major mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits can be made in BDT.

Important Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• There are no service charges on deposits — the full amount you send will be credited to your account.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Nagabet reserves the right to verify any deposit. Deposits suspected of being linked to money laundering or fraud will be held pending investigation. Users are required to cooperate fully during this process.

5 Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawing funds from Nagabet is simple and fast. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–15 minutes, though verification requirements may extend processing time in some cases.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Large withdrawal requests may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits are determined by account level.

Nagabet reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request where a rule violation or fraudulent activity is suspected. A decision will only be made after a thorough investigation.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Nagabet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which should be read before claiming.

General bonus rules:

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically 20–35x).
• Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus validity periods are typically 7–30 days.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

Nagabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. For active bonuses, at least 24 hours' notice will be given where possible.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

All games on Nagabet are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring completely random and fair outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is listed in its game description.

• If a technical error occurs during a game, that round will be voided and the wager refunded.
• If a game disconnects due to internet issues, the outcome will be determined based on server logs.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, Nagabet's decision is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games.

In live games, players must follow the dealer's or host's instructions. Inappropriate behaviour or harassment will result in removal from the live game and may lead to account suspension.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nagabet. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using multiple identities to abuse the bonus system.
• Using hacking tools, viruses, or automated software to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using Nagabet for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party payment method.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive activity on the platform.

9 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Nagabet may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If false or misleading information is provided.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.
